TIM’S DENIM
These denims are a vintage pair of Levi’s 501s, discovered by a co-worker. They feature a collage of aged leather patches I collected during my university days in Paris. Each piece of leather, once donated by Hermès, was cut into irregular shapes — imperfect yet fluid, like movement frozen in time.
The inspiration came from the way kids in the ’70s used to mend their jeans — a mix of rebellion and resourcefulness, where every patch told its own story. I wanted to capture that spirit, blending it with the rugged romance of cowboy chaps — but softened, translated into something for the everyday wanderer.
It’s a story of garments already lived in — found, reimagined, and given new life. Fragments of memory stitched into fabric, breathing new life into a classic born of work, freedom, and play.
