CRAYON SUIT
Over the course of several weeks, Zec drew across the fabric from every angle, capturing new stories with each stroke — an attempt to translate the childlike wonder of a trip to Brazil into pure, honest imagery.
Using crayons and acrylics on the porous, uncoated fabric, the colors and paint smudged and rubbed against the rest of the jacket, leaving traces of wear and memory — a testament to the playful, expressive energy we carry with us wherever we go.
The inspiration for the artwork came from the cities themselves: the harmony of São Paulo with its surrounding jungle, and the twisted, winding embrace of mountains and ocean threading through Rio de Janeiro.
Every edge of the jacket is finished with a clean yellow silk band, bringing refinement to the playful surface, and keeping the piece unmistakably tailored, yet alive with imagination.
